Immediately after coming from our kid's favorite restaurant, the most challenging task starts for the mom, which is nothing but replicating that recipe.

Teriyaki Chicken is a famous Japanese food and usually prepared with thigh meat, but I always opt for breast meat for this cheat version. We loved to have chicken breast soaked with Teriyaki sauce, so pounding the chicken breast would provide better result.

For making Teriyaki Chicken Recipe, Why unnecessarily make the teriyaki sauce from the scratch for instant preparations, when super good ready to use Teriyaki Sauce is available in stores. The store bought sauces can reduce half of our burden. Our work is just to marinate the chicken and bake it.
