Trying our hands with different recipes with this fruit was as fun as a newborn kitten. Jumping with joy here and there.
The seeds were tiny and crunchy, the perfect seasoning for Dragon Fruit Milk Shake. These fruits carry 'dragon' in their names, but they are sweet little angels. Adding vanilla extract is optional, but I would suggest adding it as it is bringing out the excellent flavor.
The tiny seeds felt crunchy like kiwis and acted as a perfect seasoning for the milkshake. The fruit has a milder sweetness, so add sugar according to your preference. Adding vanilla extract is optional, but I would suggest it, as it brings out the excellent flavor.

The great John Ruskin, in his book, said: "Remember that the most beautiful things in the world are the most useless; peacocks and lilies, for instance." He would disagree with what he said if he came across these beautiful combos.
How to make Dragon Fruit Milk Shake:
1. Cut the fruit in half and scoop out the flesh of dragon fruit with a spoon.
2. Add the scooped-out pulp, cold milk, sugar, and vanilla extract to the blender. Blend for a couple of seconds to combine everything. The highlight of this milkshake is the mild, crunchy texture of the seeds. The seeds break down quickly, so run the blender to combine the ingredients.
3. Serve the milkshake cold; adding ice cubes is optional. I prefer not to be served with ice cubes, where I cannot enjoy the adorable taste of this shake.
