I never dilute watermelon juice, but if you prefer diluted juice, you can do this by adding water and sugar in the ratio of 1:1/4, 1 cup of water and 1/4th cup of sugar. I did not add lemon juice as I love the sweetness of watermelon.
Watermelon Punch Recipe
Yield : Serves 2Ingredients:
1/4th of regular size of Watermelon
1 stalk of Mint leaves
1/4th cup or as you desire of Sugar
1″ of Ginger
How to make Watermelon Punch:
Slide knife through the melon and cut into big chunks. Blend all the ingredients in the blender / mixer. Sieve the mixture with the strainer.
Serve Watermelon Punch immediately and chilled by adding ice cubes. Beat the summer heat in a healthier way.
Tips and Variations:
