Ingredients

cups
sourdough bread chunks

cup
blueberry

eggs

milk

cup
maple syrup
/blueberry syrup

teaspoon
ground cinnamon

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Grease a deep baking dish.
Add sour bread pieces and blueberries. Combine them gently. And set aside
In a mixing bowl, add eggs, milk, syrup, ground cinnamon.
Beat until the mixture becomes frothy. And pour egg mixture over the bread pieces.
Cover and bake it for 25 minutes.
then uncover and bake it for about 30 minutes or until it is done perfectly.
Allow it to cool for about 10 minutes. Serve warm with maple syrup or blueberry syrup.
