Mall pretzel recipe is the easy recipe that can be made without many efforts. No more waiting hours in the long queues in Pretzel joints in the Shopping Malls.
In a mixing bowl, add sugar, salt, yeast, and warm water. with water. And combine until sugar and salt dissolves and set aside for 15 minutes.
Then add 1 cup of flour and whisk it again to form a smooth paste. Then add remaining flour in intervals.
Knead and make a smooth dough.
Divide it into 16 equal portions.
For the pattern
Over the kitchen counter, place a portion and roll it like a thin long rope of 12 inch in length approximately.

For dipping
Take a wode bowl adds 2 cups of water and bring it to boil and switch off the stove and immediately add 4 tablespoon of baking soda. And allow it to cool to the room temperature.

Add pretzels one after the other(without crowding the pan) in the baking soda solution and soak it for 2 minutes.
For baking
Preheat the oven to 475 degrees Fareneheit.
Meanwhile, line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Arrange the soaked pretzel in the tray, and brush with butter if needed.
Sprinkle kosher salt and set aside for another 10 minutes.
Bake it in the 475 degrees for 10 min or until it is done. And Serve.
