Ingredients

cantaloupe
bite size cubes

tomato
bite-size cubes

green pepper
bite-size cubes

lemon juice

whole black pepper
coarsely ground

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, cantaloupe cubes, tomato, green pepper, lemon juice, crushed black pepper, and salt.
Toss until all ingredients are combined well.
Transfer to the serving bowl.

To store.
Transfer the left over savory cantaloupe salad to an air-sealed container. And refrigerate to use within a day.
