- Beets has natural sweetener, so adjust the quantity of sugar according to it.
- We get thick beet juice, adjust the water according to the consistency you prefer. (I like to have thicker consistency, so I would not add water much).

Beetroot juice Recipe
- 1 Beetroot
- 2 Carrot
- 1 Cucumber
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 2 Cups Water
- Wash and clean beet, carrot and cucumber. Peel them up and chop of head and tail.
- Cut them into small cubes. Hint: Cutting makes the grinding part easily.
- In a blender / mixer grinder add beet, carrot, cucumber pieces along with sugar and water.
- Grind it until all the veggies mashed up completely.
- Use strainer to filter clear, pure juice.
- Adjust sugar and water at this stage.
- Add ice cubes to serving glasses.
- Add beet juice and Serve cold.
Tips and Variations beetroot juice recipe:
- Try adding other vegetables like celery, tomato etc.
- Instead of sugar in this recipe, add lemon juice and salt. And this salty version also equally taste good.
- Beets may look smaller in size, but after chopping, it looks quantity looks huge. So decide beetroot quantity after peeling and dicing.
- If you wish not to discard the fiber, grind until veggies become smooth and add milk/water and make the smoothie.
