An excellent recipe for the leftover rice. Saves tonnes of money by making the restaurant's style food at home with so much ease.

Bok Choy Fried Rice with Basmati Rice

It has been a long time since to made this bok choy fried rice at home after I had it from my favorite restaurant. Though the ingredients list and the process are straightforward, the fried rice was delicious and flavorful. Everybody in-home liked it, and it is going to be included in our menu quite often for sure.

The appearance of the Bok choy is appealing with its gorgeous color and shape. It keeps them to stand alone from any other greens. Basmati rice was my option to proceed with the recipe, but initially, it required sticky rice.

For the cooked rice, prepare rice well in advance. Leave it to cool down completely, otherwise, they can turn mushy while sauteing. I have a small secret to let you know, the result is awesome with the day-old cooked rice that was sitting in the refrigerator.
