Fresh Cranberry Salad Recipe

On one fine boring day, while browsing through the channels on Television, I was totally stumbled upon a channel which telecasted the 'Cranberry Harvest'. Wow..that was amazing!!

If you are not believing my words, then please search on Youtube for 'Cranberries Harvest' and watch. I'm sure, you would also come up and say the exact same words as mine.

If you cannot bear the tanginess of the berries, then add more carrots. And if you cannot bear the heat of the jalapeno, then deseed them. This recipe is versatile and I love to have them in my sandwich, rolls, along with bread n rice, the list goes on and on and on.

Cranberry Carrot Salad, steps and procedures

Chop cranberries, carrots, and jalapeno in similar bite sizes. If you cannot bear the heat of the jalapeno/chili, deseed them. In a serving bowl, add all these chopped goodies along with the required amount of salt.

Combine them well and keep aside for 10-15 minutes. This resting time makes the carrots to absorb tanginess from the cranberries.
