Waiting for the milk to get boiled, running in the treadmill are always nightmare situations. I need to add ‘taking photocopies’ along to these nightmare situations. Yes, you are right sitting in front of the printer to take photocopies another deadliest situation.
The magazine in nearby table attracted me as the boy in the image resembled my son a little. Unconsciously, hands were started sketching the image. I did not realised so far that my skills have been forgotten for years. Once in a blue moon, this happens, and these sketches will definitely fly back to trash can. In between these, my son would give his final touches to the sketches. This time too he gave his final touches(?), made me feel really proud. Wow, he has given perfect glasses, mustache, beard, sure he has gotten some of my genes.
Why mother’s mind always thinks positive towards kids attitudes. But the same thing did not happen with the same situations with my baby brother. I still remember the drama I made when my baby brother scribbled on my painting, in my schooldays. Oh..I’m sorry Bro!
My dad’s full time hobby is just to hold my paintings and watch it all the time, from the all the angles-long shot, close up, near window light, from the table. After being a parent myself, I can understand how precious these paintings were to my Dad. I love you Dad!
I thought I come with up the post to celebrate Parents day, July 28th. I took this chance to show off my gratitude to my own Parents. I think all the parents out there would definitely agree with me. Happy Parents day!
