The sriracha sauce provides rich curry flavor and the peanuts add a crunchy texture to the dish. We love including it for every other recipe because it gives a spicy kick flavor to any regular food.

And the rice vinegar gives a nice wholesome Asian flavor, which we love the most.

Though it does not require any side dish, serving this one-pot spicy that noodles with Cabbage manchurian or Chinese green bean.

How to make one-pot spicy Thai noodles with peanut?

First, cook the noodles as per the package instructions.

Next, add two tablespoons of cooking oil followed by 1 tablespoon of minced garlic. Saute for a few couples of minutes in medium flame until the garlic becomes fragrant.
Next, add sliced green peppers and red peppers. Saute for a few minutes until the peppers are cooked through 50%.

How to make spicy Thai noodles one pot with peanuts

Now add broccoli florets and saute for a couple of minutes. You may also add vegetables like zucchini, carrot, cabbage, etc. Saute for another 2 minutes in medium flame.
Now add a quarter cup of soy sauce, one tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce, one tablespoon of minced ginger, one tablespoon of light brown sugar, and cooked noodles.

Then saute for a couple of minutes until the spice mixers quote the noodles well. Add the quarter cup of chopped peanuts.

Saute for one more minute and remove it from the flame.

Transfer it to a serving bowl. And Serve hot.

Can I skip Sriracha sauce?

Yes absolutely. You can skip it if you feel it is too hot for you or if it is not available to you.
Instead, you may add the ground chili paste or the chili flakes. These ingredients would be the best substitutions.
But if you feel like it is too hot for you then skip it. Instead, you may add your favorite hot/mild sauce.
But the sriracha sauce adds punch and a kick to this one pot spicy Thai noodles.

Can I add other vegetables?

Yes, you can add your favorite and seasonal vegetables while sauteing the peppers.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • ½ cup red bell pepper sliced
  • ½ cup green bell pepper sliced
  • ½ cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 2 cups noodles cooked
  • ¼ cup peanuts chopped

Instructions

  • Over medium heat, in a heavy-bottomed pan, add vegetable oil and minced garlic.
  • Saute for the minute.
  • Add sliced red bell peppers and green bell peppers. Saute again for 3 minutes in medium flame.
  • Add broccoli florets and saute for a minute.
  • Add minced ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha sauce, light brown sugar, and cooked noodles
  • Saute till the noodles nicely get coated with the spice mixture.
  • Add chopped peanuts.
  • Serve hot.
