A regular meal can be more appealing when it is served with most suitable drink. I never go with any drink along with meal, as it would be too much of sugar for me. And nowadays cans of sodas are never in my shopping list. The amount of sugar added to single soda can made me faint. You might also knowing this already, if not just search for the term ‘Sugar content in soda(or the product name)’. You will accept what I’m trying to say.
Please try to avoid taking in any store bought sodas with added sugar. Thus we jointly create a healthy world.
