Spicy Chinese green beans, a delicious and healthy vegan stir fry made with soy sauce, sesame seeds, and chili garlic sauce. Perfectly crispy and packed with flavor, this low carb dish pairs well with fried rice.
Heat pot with 2 tbsp vegetable oil and 1 tbsp ghee. Add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, bay leaf. Fry until golden. Add cashews and fry until golden. Add coriander paste and cook until it shrinks.
Heat a pan with 1 tsp cooking oil on low heat. Fry 1 tsp each of black sesame seeds and white sesame seeds until they crackle. Then add 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp chili garlic sauce, and the green beans.
Cook green beans until crisp and cooked, checking in between. Transfer to cold water to stop cooking. Fry sesame seeds until crackling before adding other ingredients to coat green beans evenly.
