Mushroom pepper fry

Mushroom pepper fry is a delectable and spicy Indian-style side dish made with fresh button mushrooms, green peppers, and crushed black pepper. It's perfect for quick and easy weeknight dinners. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil  1 tablespoon minced garlic  1 cup sliced onion  ½ cup sliced tomato  1 cup sliced green bell pepper

3 cups sliced mushrooms  ½ teaspoon salt (or as required)  1 tablespoon crushed black pepper  1 tablespoon red chili flakes  2 tablespoons cilantro (chopped)

In a pan, saute minced garlic in vegetable oil for a minute. Then add sliced onions and cook until soft and translucent.

Add sliced tomatoes and fry for a minute. Next, add sliced green bell pepper, mushrooms, and salt. Mix well and cover the pan, cooking for 15 minutes until vegetables are done and water has evaporated.
