Cajun Breakfast Cups
Cajun breakfast cups are a delicious and convenient breakfast option. Enjoy a flavorful and satisfying meal!
4 slices of bread 4 eggs 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped tomato 1/4 cup chopped spinach
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning 1/4 teaspoon salt (or as required) 1/2 teaspoon whole black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°C. Cut crust off bread and flatten with rolling pin. Place bread slices into muffin slots.
Stir in salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens and flavors blend.
Pour egg mixture into bread cups. Place in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve breakfast cups with ketchup or sauce. Enjoy!
