14 oz cooked and drained chickpeas 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or avocado oil 1 chopped onion 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon minced ginger 1 cup tomato puree (or canned tomatoes) 1 teaspoon paprika
