Avocado bubble tea

Avocado bubble tea is a creamy and filling drink made with ripe avocados, milk, condensed milk, and tapioca pearls. It is a delicious and refreshing choice for breakfast or a mid-day snack, keeping you full and satisfied for hours.

¼ cup tapioca pearl /boba  2 tablespoons honey to soak the tapioca pearls  2 ripe avocados, soft  1 cup milk, at room temperature  ⅔ cup condensed milk (or substitute with 4 tablespoons of sugar)  ½ cup ice cubes

INGREDIENTS

Cook tapioca pearl as per package instructions. Strain and add honey. Gently mix until pearls are covered. Set aside.

In blender, combine avocado, milk, condensed milk, and ice cubes. Pulse until smooth and silky.

In serving glass, add a tablespoon of tapioca pearls at the bottom. Alternate layers of avocado mixture and pearls.
