- 2 avocados, pitted and peeled - 3 tablespoons minced cilantro - 2 cups whole wheat flour - 1 teaspoon red chili powder - ½ teaspoon salt - Water, as needed - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, for applying on the parathas
Mash avocado and mince cilantro. Combine avocado, cilantro, whole wheat flour, red chili powder, and salt. Knead to form a smooth ball, adding water. Knead with oil for 2 minutes.
