Avocado paratha

Avocado Paratha is a delicious and quick Indian takeout option. Made with mashed avocados, cilantro, whole wheat flour, and spices, these parathas are filling and perfect for a weeknight dinner. Cooked on a griddle and served hot, they are a tasty and wholesome meal.

- 2 avocados, pitted and peeled - 3 tablespoons minced cilantro - 2 cups whole wheat flour - 1 teaspoon red chili powder - ½ teaspoon salt - Water, as needed - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, for applying on the parathas

INGREDIENTS

Mash avocado and mince cilantro. Combine avocado, cilantro, whole wheat flour, red chili powder, and salt. Knead to form a smooth ball, adding water. Knead with oil for 2 minutes.

Divide the dough into equal balls. Roll out each ball into a flat circle using a rolling pin. Heat a griddle and cook the parathas on both sides with oil.

Flip and cook until both sides are golden brown. Transfer the cooked parathas to serving plates.
