Creamy Avocado Pasta - a delicious and easy recipe made in less than 20 minutes. Made without cheese, this pasta is coated with a creamy avocado sauce that is flavored with tomato.

1 cup pasta 2 avocados, peeled and pitted ½ cup chopped tomato 1 Serrano pepper 1 tablespoon minced garlic ¼ cup chopped cilantro 1 tablespoon lemon juice ¼ teaspoon salt (or as required)

INGREDIENTS

Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain it and set it aside.

Cut avocado in half, remove seed, and scoop out flesh with spoon.

In a food processor, blend avocado flesh, tomato, garlic, Serrano pepper, cilantro, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
