Boom Boom Sauce
This Boom Boom Sauce is a flavor explosion! It's creamy, spicy, and tangy and adds a delightful zing to any dish. A delicious dip or use it as a salad dressing.
1/4 cup Mayonnaise 1 tbsp Ketchup 1 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp Paprika 1/4 tsp Sriracha
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add mayonnaise(good to swap with vegan mayo), ketchup, and sweet chili sauce.
Add garlic powder, paprika(swap cayenne pepper for a spicy treat), and sriracha sauce(good to replace with Chinese garlic sauce as well).
Using a whisk, gently stir until all ingredients are well combined and form a creamy consistency and velvety texture.
Let the sauce chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 10 minutes to half an hour before serving.
For a spicier sauce, increase the amount of sriracha. Or swap paprika with cayenne pepper. And adjust the flavor according to your preference.
Great with burgers, sandwiches, salads, or as a dipping sauce for fries and chicken wings. Or combine with apple cider vinegar and serve as salad dressing
