Cabbage Manchurian is a Chinese-style side dish made with crispy cabbage balls in a flavorful gravy sauce. It is made with shredded cabbage, soy sauce, and other ingredients. Perfect to serve with fried rice or noodles.

2 cups shredded cabbage  ⅓ cup all-purpose flour  ⅓ cup corn starch  ½ teaspoon salt  1 cup vegetable oil for deep frying  1 tablespoon garlic chili sauce  4 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar  2 tablespoons tomato ketchup  1 teaspoon corn starch  1 cup water  1 teaspoon vegetable oil  1 tablespoon minced garlic   ½ cup cubed green bell pepper  ½ cup cubed onion  1 cup water

To make cabbage balls, grate cabbage, mix with flour, corn starch, and salt. Shape into small balls and fry until crispy and golden brown.

Combine garlic chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, tomato ketchup, corn starch, and water in a bowl to create the base sauce.

In a pan, sauté minced garlic, green bell peppers, and onion slices. Add the base sauce mixture and cook until desired consistency.

Turn off the flame, add the fried cabbage balls to the sauce in the pan, and let them soak up the flavors. Serve hot with rice or bread.
