Cajun deviled eggs

Spicy Cajun deviled eggs are a delicious and flavorful appetizer or snack. These eggs are filled with a creamy mixture of mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, Cajun seasoning, and green onion.

6 large eggs  ⅓ cup mayonnaise  3 tablespoons Dijon mustard  1 tablespoon hot sauce  1 tablespoon  Cajun seasoning  1 teaspoon cayenne pepper  ¼ cup green onion, finely chopped  ¼ teaspoon salt

INGREDIENTS

Boil the eggs: Place 6 large eggs in a saucepan with enough water to cover them by at least 1 inch. Bring to a boil and cook for 12-15 minutes until fully cooked. Rinse with cold water and peel.

In a bowl, combine egg yolks, mayo, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, Cajun seasoning, cayenne pepper, green onion, and salt. Mix well until smooth.

Cut boiled eggs in half, remove yolks, place egg whites on platter. Spoon filling mixture into hollowed portion of each egg white.

Garnish with chopped green onion and cayenne pepper. Serve immediately as appetizers or snacks. Enjoy!
