- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil - 1 cup finely chopped onion - 1 cup finely chopped tomato - 1 teaspoon red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder

- 1 1/2 cups water - 1 cup capsicum cubes - 1/2 cup onion cubes - 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
