- 1 cup tomato, roughly chopped - ½ teaspoon vegetable oil (for dry roasting) - 2 cups cauliflower florets (for dry roasting) - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for making the base) - ½ teaspoon cumin seeds - ¾ cup onion, finely chopped
