Chili lime almonds are a vegan, low carb snack that is a delicious alternative to regular roasted almonds. Coated with a mixture of red chili powder, lime juice, salt, and minced cilantro, these almonds are then baked until perfectly done and ready to enjoy.

- 1 cup almonds - 1 teaspoon red chili powder - 2 tablespoons lime juice - 1/2 teaspoon salt (or as required) - 2 tablespoons minced cilantro
