Coconut milk alfredo sauce

This vegan coconut milk alfredo sauce is rich, creamy, and easy to make. It only takes 20 minutes to whip up this delicious dinner with noodles or pasta. The base sauce consists of coconut milk, basil, salt, and cornstarch, while the seasoning includes vegetable oil and minced garlic for added flavor. Simply sauté the garlic, add the base sauce, cook until desired consistency, mix in the pasta, and enjoy!

1 cup canned coconut milk 1/4 teaspoon dried basil 1/2 teaspoon salt  2 tablespoons cornstarch  1 teaspoon vegetable oil  1 tablespoon minced garlic

INGREDIENTS

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of canned coconut milk, ¼ teaspoon dried basil, ½ teaspoon salt, and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. Whisk together and set aside.
