Corn cutlet

Corn cutlets are a delicious, crispy snack made with mashed potato, sweet corn kernels, and spices. Serve them hot with tomato ketchup or hot sauce for a tasty treat.

5 boiled potatoes  1/2 cup corn kernels  3/4 teaspoon red chili powder 4 tablespoons chopped cilantro (coriander) leaves - 1/2 teaspoon salt  1 1/2 cups vegetable oil for deep frying

Mash boiled potatoes and add corn, chili powder, coriander, and salt. Mix and shape into balls.

Wash and grate zucchini. Mix flour, cornstarch, water, and salt. Add zucchini.

Divide the mixture into equal-sized balls and shape them as desired.

Heat vegetable oil, fry cutlets until golden brown, drain excess oil on paper towel. Serve hot with ketchup or hot sauce.
