1 cup pasta  1 tablespoon vegetable oil  1 tablespoon minced garlic  1 cup shrimp, rinsed and deveined  ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes ¼ cup water

1 cup chopped cilantro  1 tablespoon lime juice  1 tablespoon all-purpose flour ½ cup milk  ½ teaspoon salt (or as required)  ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Cook pasta according to package instructions.

In a pan, heat vegetable oil and garlic. Saute until garlic changes color. Add shrimp and red pepper flakes, saute for a minute. Add water and let it cook.

In another pan, heat vegetable oil and garlic. Saute until color changes. Add flour and stir until it changes color. Add milk, cooked pasta, salt, and red pepper flakes. Cook until sauce thickens. Add parmesan cheese. Stir until pasta is coated well. Add shrimp, toss, and serve immediately.
