1 lb boiled potato  1 teaspoon vegetable oil  1 teaspoon cumin seeds  ½ cup onion chopped  1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon red chili powder  1 teaspoon coriander powder

INGREDIENTS

Heat oil, crackle cumin seeds, sauté onion, ginger-garlic paste, and green peas. Add spices and coriander leaves. Mash potatoes and mix.

Form lemon-sized balls. Prepare three bowls with dry flour, diluted flour, and bread crumbs.

Flatten balls, coat with flour, dip in diluted mixture, coat with bread crumbs, and pat patties.

TIPS 1 Try adding other vegetables like beans, cauliflower, carrot, beetroot. Remove potatoes immediately from water after cooking to avoid oil absorption. Experiment with different flavors of bread crumbs.
