3 tablespoons vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon crushed coriander seeds 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder 1/4 teaspoon garam masala 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder (amchur powder) 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 cups boiled, peeled, and cubed potatoes
