3 tablespoons vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon crushed coriander seeds 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder (amchur powder) 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 cups boiled, peeled, and cubed potatoes
In a pan, heat vegetable oil and add cumin seeds. Let it splutter.
Heat a cake pop pan on the stove and drizzle a few drops of oil when hot. Fill each slot halfway with batter.
Add boiled and cubed potatoes. Fry until the masala coats the potatoes well.
Serve the Jeera Aloo hot with roti or steamed rice.
