Dry Fruit Laddu

Have a Dry Fruit Laddu for energy. Made with nuts and fruits, it's a tasty snack after a workout or during the day.

1 cup almonds,  ½ cup cashew nuts,  ½ cup pistachios,  2 cups dates,  1 cup dried apricot,  1 cup dried fig,  2 tablespoons ghee

¼ cup light brown sugar,  ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder

Grind almonds, cashews, pistachios coarsely. Grind dates, apricots, figs. Sauté ground nuts in ghee.

Add sugar, ground dry fruit mixture, and cardamom powder. Sauté until blended. Cool for 10 minutes.

Start making laddu using your palm. Shape them well and ensure they are firm.
