Egg bhurji is a popular Indian scrambled egg dish made with onions, tomatoes, and a blend of spices. This easy recipe is a favorite among families for a delicious weekend breakfast. Serve hot with a garnish of cilantro.

1 tablespoon vegetable oil - 1/2 cup finely chopped onion - 1/2 cup finely chopped tomato -  1/2 teaspoon red chili powder 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder

1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder -  1 cup water -  1 teaspoon salt -  4 eggs -  1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (for garnish)
