Fennel tea recipe

- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds - ½ inch ginger (optional) - 2 cups water - 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Crush fennel seeds and ginger using a pestle and mortar until fragrant.
In a medium heat, bring two cups of water to a rolling boil. Add crushed ginger and fennel seeds.
Remove from heat and strain the mixture into a serving cup.
Add honey to the strained tea and mix thoroughly. Serve the fennel tea hot or warm.
