Hawaiian spicy garlic shrimp

1 cup shrimp, cleaned and deveined  ½ teaspoon salt  ½ teaspoon whole black pepper  ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper or paprika  2 tablespoons all-purpose flour  1 teaspoon butter  2 tablespoons grapeseed oil  2 tablespoons garlic, minced

INGREDIENTS

In a bowl, mix shrimp, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and flour until evenly coated. Set aside.
