Indian cilantro rice

Indian cilantro rice is a flavorful one-pot dish made with basmati rice, coriander leaves, green chilies, and garlic. It's easy to make and packed with taste. Soak the rice, grind the coriander paste, and cook with spices. Serve hot and enjoy!

1 cup basmati rice  1 cup coriander leaves  2 green chili  3 cloves garlic  2 tablespoons vegetable oil   1 tablespoon ghee  1 inch cinnamon

Soak 1 cup of basmati rice for 19-20 minutes. Wash coriander leaves, green chilies, and peel garlic pods. Grind them into a smooth paste.

Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and sugar. Press this mixture onto the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Then add washed basmati rice. Cook rice until 80% cooked. Seal pot with foil and cook on low for 10 minutes.

Let the pot cool, remove the foil, and serve hot! Enjoy the flavorful and delicious Indian cilantro rice.
