Indian plum cake is a soft, moist, and flavorful Christmas fruit cake. Made with chopped dry fruits soaked in rum, it is rich and delicious.

3 cups dry fruits, chopped 1 cup rum/brandy 1 cup unsalted butter 1 cup sugar 3 eggs 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
