Make delicious sushi rice in just 4 minutes with this simple Instant Pot recipe. Combine sushi rice, water, rice vinegar, salt, and sugar in the Instant Pot, then cook for 4 minutes. Natural release the pressure for 10 minutes, then open the lid and let it cool for 10-20 minutes. Perfect for making homemade sushi!

- 2 cups sushi rice - 2 cups water - 2 tablespoons rice vinegar - 1 teaspoon salt - 1 teaspoon sugar

INGREDIENTS

In the inner pot, combine 2 cups sushi rice, 2 cups water, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp sugar. Stir until salt dissolves.
