- 3 oz canned tuna - 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped - 1/4 cup cucumber, finely chopped or salad vegetables - 1/2 onion, finely chopped - 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro - 1 teaspoon hot sauce - 1/4 cup mayo - 1 tablespoon lime juice
