Kiwi Popsicle

Cool off with Kiwi Popsicle Lemonade. It's a fun snack with lemonade and kiwi. A perfect treat for summer!

1 lemon,  3-4 cups water,  ¼ cup sugar,  ⅛ teaspoon salt,  2 kiwi

INGREDIENTS

Squeeze lemon into the water, add sugar and salt. Taste and adjust according to preference. Peel and cut kiwi into half an inch thickness or as per the size of the molds.

Arrange the kiwi slices one above the other in the molds. Add lemonade up to ¾th of the molds. Freeze for about 1 hour, then insert popsicle sticks.

Freeze again for about 3-4 hours until completely solidified. Enjoy the taste of Kiwi and lemonade in a fun and entertaining way, like unearthing a treasure.
