2 cups plain yogurt 2 cups fresh or frozen mango 4 tablespoons sugar Ice cubes 1 cup ice cold water 1 cup tapioca pearls (boba pearls)  Instructions: 1. Cook tapioca pearls according to package instructions. Drain and mix with honey, set aside. 2. In a blender, add yogurt, mango, water, and sugar. 3. Pulse blender for 1-2 minutes until mixture becomes soft and light. Set aside. 4. Fill boba pearls at bottom of glass. 5. Pour mango smoothie over boba pearls. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy.
