Mango juice

Refreshing homemade Mango Juice made with fresh mango pulp, sugar, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth, strain to remove fibers and chunks, then serve chilled for a quick and delicious summer drink. Enjoy!

6 mangoes  ¼ cup sugar (or amount desired)  2 cups ice cubes  2 cups water (or amount desired)

INGREDIENTS

Wash, clean, slice 6 mangoes into three, leaving the pit. Scoop out flesh.

Add the mango flesh, ¼ cup of sugar, and 2 cups of water in a blender. Blend until it forms a smooth pulp.

Strain the pulp to filter out fibers and chunks. Add 2 cups of ice cubes, more water, and sugar if desired.

Combine the strained mango pulp with additional water, ice cubes, and sugar if desired. Serve chilled in tall glasses and enjoy this refreshing homemade mango juice!
