Garlic Chicken, Pan Fried Recipe: A simple and delicious dish made with chicken breast marinated in garlic, salt, red chili flakes, and thyme. Pan fried to golden brown perfection.

3 chicken breasts 4 tablespoons chopped garlic (3 tablespoons for marinating, 1 tablespoon reserved for seasoning) 1/4 teaspoon salt (or as required) 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes (or as required) 1 teaspoon thyme Oil for frying

INGREDIENTS

Wash and puncture chicken breast. Marinate with 3 tbsp garlic, salt, red chili flakes, and thyme for 30 mins to 2 hours.

Heat oil in pan, saute reserved garlic. Add marinated chicken, cook for 7-8 mins until golden brown. Flip and cook until done.

Remove from pan and serve immediately.
