1 cup grated paneer 1 cup cooked and mashed potatoes 1/2 cup green peas 2 green chilies (serrano peppers), finely chopped 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves (cilantro) 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon poppy seeds 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

Grate the paneer finely or use a blender. In a mixing bowl, mash the cooked potatoes. Add grated paneer, green peas, chopped green chili, chopped coriander leaves, red chili powder, and salt. Combine them well and make small balls.
