Paneer dosa

Paneer Dosa is a delicious South Indian dish made with a crispy dosa filled with a flavorful paneer masala. It is made by spreading dosa batter on a griddle, stuffing it with a spiced paneer filling, and folding it into a half-moon shape. Serve hot with chutney or sambar for a tasty and satisfying meal.

2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1/4 cup chopped onion  1/2 cup chopped tomatoes  1 teaspoon red chili powder  1/2 teaspoon coriander powder  1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/2 cup water  3/4 teaspoon salt  1 cup crumbled paneer  1/2 teaspoon garam masala  1 cup dosa batter  2 tablespoons vegetable oil or ghee  2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and cook chopped onion till translucent. Add tomatoes, salt, and spices. Cook till tomatoes soften.

Add water, cover, and cook till the masala thickens. Stir in crumbled paneer and garam masala. Combine well and remove from heat.

Heat a griddle and pour 1/4 cup of dosa batter. Spread it in a circular motion and add paneer masala in the center. Sprinkle cilantro leaves.

Drizzle oil on the dosa, cook till edges become crispy. Fold in half and serve hot with chutney or sambar.

Use a non-stick pan for a perfect Paneer dosa. Spread batter thinly for a crispy texture.
