 papaya, 2 cups milk (or as required),  5 teaspoons sugar, 2 drops vanilla extract (optional),  2 tablespoons whipped cream (optional), 1 cup ice cubes (or as required)

Wash and peel papaya. Cut them into half. Remove seeds and husk. Cut them into small cubes. In a mixing bowl, add papaya cubes, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract (optional). Add to blender/mixer.
