Papaya Milkshake

Enjoy a Papaya Milkshake. It's smooth and fiber-rich. Perfect for a mid-day treat. Add whipped cream for extra delight!

 papaya, 2 cups milk (or as required),  5 teaspoons sugar, 2 drops vanilla extract (optional),  2 tablespoons whipped cream (optional), 1 cup ice cubes (or as required)


Wash and peel papaya. Cut them into half. Remove seeds and husk. Cut them into small cubes. In a mixing bowl, add papaya cubes, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract (optional). Add to blender/mixer.



Run the blender until it forms a smooth and silky consistency. Add milk according to the consistency you prefer for the papaya milkshake. Add ice cubes, and top it with whipped cream if desired.



Serve chilled in tall glasses. For children, you may drizzle chocolate or caramel sauce on top. Add chopped walnuts/almonds for texture. Adjust sugar if the fruit is sweet and ripened well.
