Make your own pickle powder easily with a food dehydrator or oven. Simply bake dill pickles until crispy, grind them into a powder, and store at room temperature.

INGREDIENTS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the baking sheet in the middle rack of the oven. Set the timer for 45 minutes and wait until the edges of the pickles become crinkled and crispy.

Remove tray from oven, cool, transfer pickles to blender, grind to powder. Transfer to airtight container and store at room temperature.
