Roasted shishito peppers

Roasted Shishito peppers are a mildly sweet and flavorful snack or side dish. Simply toss them in olive oil and kosher salt, roast in the oven for 7 minutes until blistered, and serve with a spicy sauce. Enjoy!

1 lb Shishito peppers   1 tablespoon olive oil   1 teaspoon kosher salt

INGREDIENTS

Preheat the oven to 450°F and place the rack in the middle.

Wash and rinse 1 lb of Shishito peppers.

In an oven-safe baking pan, coat 1 lb of Shishito peppers with 1 tbsp olive oil and sprinkle 1 tsp kosher salt.

Roast peppers at 450°F for 7 mins until blistered. Remove from oven and serve with spicy sauce.
