1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 cup roughly chopped bok choy 3 tablespoons salt (for cleaning) 2 teaspoons vegetable oil 1 pound chicken breast meat, cut into cubes 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Mince garlic, clean bok choy with salt, rest for 30 mins, rinse, and shred.

Heat a pan over medium heat, add oil and garlic, sauté for a minute. Add water, chicken, and soy sauce. Cook until water evaporates and chicken is 95% cooked.

Add bok choy, cook until tender. Lower heat and continue cooking chicken for 3-4 minutes to absorb flavors.
