Slow cooker vegetable broth

Try this easy and nutritious vegetable broth recipe made in a slow cooker. Use a variety of seasonal vegetables like carrots, green beans, mushrooms, and more. Simply chop, add to the slow cooker with water and salt, and cook for 4-6 hours. Enjoy this homemade broth in soups, stews, and more!

1 cup carrots, chopped  1 cup green beans, chopped  1 cup mushrooms, chopped  1 cup broccoli florets  1 cup cabbage, shredded

1 cup celery, chopped  1 cup snow peas, roughly chopped  1 tomato, chopped  1 teaspoon salt  8 cups water or as required
